About Us

We are a "best value" driver training provider based on Merseyside but prepared to travel throughout the country.

There are over 2,260 fleet driver trainers on the Driving Standards Agency register, there are also a great many national training providers, virtually none of them employ full time trainers, they sub-contract the work to local trainers. It makes sense to cut out the middlemen, which is why we are a "best value" local training provider.

Many of these national training providers, have only recently appeared on the scene, and it is easy to have quick growth and to increase profits by providing online assessments or workshop presentations to a large number of delegates at a time. We feel that our approach of providing personal one to one assessments and quality training is a much more effective practice for the long term improvement in changing attitude and culture within an organisation and the individual.

Stephen Blenkinsop Our principal Training Officer Stephen Blenkinsop, has been involved in safety related issues and culture for years, and with advanced driver training for over thirty three years and was a former member of Merseyside Fire Service both as an operational officer, and as part of their training academy. Stephen also graduated in the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) and has been trained to conduct risk assessments in all areas of health and safety, but specialises in fire risk and driver assessments.

As we are dedicated safety and fleet driver training provider doing this work for over thirteen years, We do not teach learners or provisional licence holders, some learner driving schools do try to offer this type of work, but we prefer to concentrate on one sector alone.

Driving Instructors Association

We are a member of the Driving Instructors Association DIA a National governing body within the driver training industry. We are also members of the Occupational Road Safety Alliance ORSA a group of members whose aim is to promote occupational road safety via their respective memberships and key contacts.

We are committed to providing a fair and reliable service to our current and future customers. We will always try to promote a cost effective solution to your training needs based on the information supplied to us, we are not a large organisation and so have low overheads enabling a fair pricing policy making our services have added value.
